Privacy & Security Policy Your privacy and satisfaction are our top priorities. We take multiple steps to ensure a secure and enjoyable shopping experience.
Credit Card Transactions All credit card transactions are processed through a secure server. Your card number is only stored temporarily to complete the charge and is promptly removed from our system, ensuring your safety and privacy.
Email Privacy We value your time and privacy—your email address will never be shared or sold to third parties. When you provide your email for ordering or account purposes, you will not receive unrelated emails as a result. Our communications are limited to order confirmations, customer inquiries, and optional newsletters (which you may opt out of at any time).
Personal Information Just as we protect your email, we also safeguard your personal information. Any names, addresses, or other details you provide are used solely for order processing and shipping by CGC Cerakote and its subsidiaries.
Shipping Policy
  • Orders up to 10lbs may use UPS with a fee of $20.
  • All orders above 10lbs ship via UPS at actual shipping costs.
  • Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost.
  • Firearm orders typically ship within 1-2 weeks, depending on receipt of Federal Firearms License (FFL) documentation. Non-firearm orders ship within 3-7 business days after payment is received.
  • All handguns ship using 2-3 day delivery services.
  • Shipping charges to Alaska may be higher than standard rates.

NFA Items All NFA items will be handled directly in-store at CGC Cerakote.
Returns & Exchanges Returns are only accepted for defective merchandise upon receipt. If an item is found to be defective, CGC Cerakote will either:
  • Provide a replacement item (subject to availability), or
  • Issue a full refund, including return shipping costs. For convenience, we will arrange for the return shipping of defective items through the original carrier.
Important – Firearm Returns Please inspect all firearms before completing the transfer at your FFL. Once a firearm is transferred to you, it is considered used—even if unfired—and cannot be returned for a full refund. Manufacturer defects discovered after transfer must be handled directly through the manufacturer under their warranty policy.
Ammunition Sales Are Final Ammunition cannot be returned or refunded.
In-Store Pickup If you plan to pick up your order at our retail location, please allow 3 business days for processing. You will receive a call or email notification when your order is ready.
In-Store Pickup Guidelines:
  • San Antonio residents: Sales tax (8.25%) applies to all in-store pickups.
  • Non-Texas residents: Handguns must be shipped to an FFL in your home state; rifles and shotguns may be picked up if legal in your state.
  • If “In-Store Pickup” is selected, items must be collected within 30 days of notification. Items not picked up in this timeframe will be returned to inventory without reimbursement.

  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws before making a purchase.
  • Assume responsibility for the legality of any items you order.
  • Be at least 21 years old to purchase any items from CGC Cerakote.

Disputes & Arbitration Any disputes will be resolved through confidential arbitration in San Antonio, Texas, unless intellectual property rights are at issue, in which case litigation may occur in a federal or state court in San Antonio, TX.
Restricted Sales We will NOT sell to Hawaii , California or Massachusetts.
